About me: Navigating through two decades in human resources across diverse sectors, my compass eventually pointed towards my enthusiasm for coaching, earning my certification from iPEC in 2016. Thereon, I embarked on Leadership coaching and endeavored to foster “a culture of compassion” within organizations. The onset of COVID steered me back into the corporate sphere, where I continued to offer coaching within the companies I was part of.
In April 2023, faced with an organizational, economic setback, I found myself at a crossroad. Rising from the dust, I revisited my coaching manuals, achieved a career coaching certification, and have since realigned my focus as a Career Discovery Coach.
